'Dale Cregan for OBE': Vile Facebook page set up in tribute to fugitive arrested after two police women are killed as chief constable blasts those who hold him as a 'folk hero'
The page went up just hours after PC Fiona Bone, 32, and PC Nicola Hughes, 23, were killed in a gun and grenade attack while attending a report of a burglary in Hattersley, Greater Manchester.
