Arkansas scored an unearned run off an early fielding error to send Rice to the brink of elimination with a 1-0 victory on Saturday night in the Houston Regional. Arkansas righthander Ryne Stanek pitched seven shutout innings, and Barrett Astin got the final six outs as the Razorbacks remained unbeaten in the double-elimination regional.
